The check-in process was easy and straightforward. the manager was quite helpful throughout our stay. The location of the accommodation was central and within walking distance of many attractions and places to eat.
Our room did not meet our expectations. The room was quite small and outdated, and lacked basic amenities such as air-conditioning and adequate lighting.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. Best aspects included Miky's friendly and helpful attitude throughout our stay, easy check-in process, and the convenient location within walking distance to the city center. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the hotel staff.
No negatives from this place. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city.

During my Xmas stay, two things made my experience enjoyable: the helpfulness of the manager, who was always ready to lend a hand, and the central location of the place, which was perfect for exploring the city. the room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable base for my trip.
the room was quite small and lacked some basic facilities, making it feel a little cramped.
